June Features and Thank you’s

The month of June was a record breaking month for The Sitcom with over 140,000 page views and over 3500 followers on Google Friend Connect, Facebook, Titter, email and RSS Feeds!  I am so excited about that!  If you would like to take advantage of the momentum and become a sponsor of the sitcom, please email me at [email protected].  You can check out my advertising rates here. My sponsors are treated to monthly posts and regular mentions.  Perfect for building up your business or your blog readership.

Also, don’t forget that my friend at Mindie over at Bacon Time is currently running a giveaway of one of my flip flop pillows!  These things are 18″ long and look fabulous as a summer decoration or in a childs room. There are several easy ways to enter.  Please check out Bacon Time before the deadline of July 6.

My tutorials are by far my most popular posts and this month was no exception.  My Popsicle Stick bracelets are still going strong with a great summer feature on Moms by Heart and The Littlest Crafter.  A perfect craft for the kids!

Tara from Craft Affection  recreated them using wavy popsicle sticks.  What a great idea!  Check out her blog for her tutorial using paper and mod podge for design.

Kendall from The KC Experience  recreated them too.  Her great idea was to glue two bent sticks together to form a circular bracelet and then wrap it.  Very boutique-worthy!

My Plaster Casting in Sand tutorial was featured by One Pretty Thing, Paper Friendly, The Trendy Treehouse, The Rhinestone Beagle, Kool Beenz, and Handmadeology.  I’ve just begun playing with plaster and have lots more ideas running around in my head, but this project was super fun.

And check out this amazing rendition of my Faux Metal Wall Art!!  Priscilla over at Thrifty Crafty Girl, please take a bow!!

Some of my older Christmas tutorials made an appearance on All Free Christmas Crafts.  My Penguin Ornaments, Snowflake Soaps, Dough Bear Ornaments, and Edible Snowglobes.

Another great childrens craft project, my Fashionista Pasta Necklace was featured on Lanie J and Co., One Pretty Thing, While He Was Napping, and The DIY Home Sweet Home Project.

My Carved Fruit tutorial was featured on Someday Crafts, Tatertots and Jello, Sugar Bee Crafts, Joyful Stamper, Nifty Thrifty Things, Sew Can Do, Blue Bird Sews, Sweet Peas and Bumblebees, and House of Hepworths.  This is a rather simple craft, perfect for that next fancy get together.

My final project for the month of June was my Plaster Casted Leaves.  They have been featured so far by Homepodge, and One Pretty Thing.  I have more leafy ideas that hopefully will appear in the month of July, so stay tuned!

Thank you to all the wonderful sites that took the time to notice my work and feature it.  I am so very appreciative of every one of them.  Please take a moment to visit them and see what they have going on.
