Commercial Break Thursday- Promote Yourself! Linky List

Welcome to another Commercial Break Thursday!  Today we are featuring Laina from Vibrant Serenity.  Laina’s blog is an arts, crafts, food and decorating site, but it has a perspective that I haven’t seen before.  You see, Laina is an American who is learning to shop, cook, decorate and live in Denmark.  Just learning a new language alone is a daunting matter, and Laina takes it in stride by making some of her blog entries bilingual.  And I have to tell you that her photography alone is enough to make you spend a bit of time perusing her site.

Laina says,”I was born and raised in the Texas panhandle, but Denmark has been my home for the past year. I set out on my adventures in blog-land in the Fall of 2010, but only started my blog after a dear friendgave me a little push. Most of the time you can find me playing with my food, or completely covered in paint. I love trying to decorate on a VERY tiny budget and limited products”.

Laina’s site offers lots of great detailed recipes that not only look delicious, but are healthy for you. And she offers the nutritional values at the end of every recipe.  Perfect for those of us that are trying to keep the holiday pounds off.

Please take a moment to go check out Laina’s site, Vibrant Serenity.  It is a refreshing look at a whole new world.

Then take another moment and promote yourself!

Please feel free to link up your latest crafty project your blog or your etsy shop. That way we can all get a little self-promotion in. A little bit of advertising and self promotion never hurts. Especially free advertising! Rules are as follows:

1- There are no rules…Link your website, your etsy site, your projects, your latest hairdo. Whatever. It doesn’t have to be crafts. Like, I said- no rules!! Go crazy! This is your chance for self promotion! If you choose to, I have a button on the side that you can add to your blog. But don’t worry, I’m not the button police. The object of the game is to get you and your stuff out there!
