A while back, I offered a free quilt pattern and tutorial series for my Summer Jewels Quilt. This is a beginners pattern, and there are a series of four tutorials here on the Sitcom detailing how to create this quilt from beginning to end. Perfect for a newcomer to quilting.
For this project, I worked with the nice folks at Discount Sewing Supply to offer you a kit to make this quilt in the fabrics shown above! In fact, they not only created the kit to make this quilt, but offer coordinating backing fabrics, custom cut batting, sewing machine needles and matching thread too!

Announcing a New Free Quilt Pattern!
Next Wednesday, March 13, I will be releasing a new free quilt pattern called Windmills at Night.
