Recently, I began getting up at 4:00 AM and running. Seemed like a great idea at the time. Get my workout over-with early in the day so that I would not have to worry about it the rest of the day. That way, even if things come up as they often do, I already had my workout in. If I managed to get in another workout, well good for me. In reality…not so much. All that slogging through foggy dark streets, leaving my ipod behind so the boogey man could not sneak up on me and dealing with a grumpy husband and freaked out dogs and turning down dessert and opting for Subway over Mexican and spending half an hour trying to stop sweating so that I can put on my freakin’ pantyhose….
