Words to Live By Quilt Pattern is now Available!

My Words to Live By Quilt Block of the Month pattern was featured during the year 2017. And now the pattern is complete!

I have had so much fun creating this project and want you to know that 2018 will be a year of many new free patterns and blocks of the month projects!  There are lots of things on the horizon!

As they come in, I will be sharing photos of readers’ finished projects.  Be sure to page to the bottom of this post to see them!

Redwork embroidery is a simple technique, worked in a single shade of thread. Back in the 1800s when it was first popular, red was the only dye that was colorfast. When dying processes improved, other colors came into use, but the look of redwork has always remained a favorite.

Because the design is outlined with very little filled areas, redwork is quick and easy to complete. And it is the centerpiece for this quilt- Words to Live By.

Words to Live By Quilt Pattern was featured as the Block of the Month for 2017 and many have been following the progress all year long! The finished size is 44″ x 56″

The full 21 page digital pattern is now available for only $12.95 for printing at home!

This 21 page complete pattern series digital file includes all 12 Words to Live By full sized hand embroidery patterns, fully illustrated block instructions, fabric and embroidery requirements, borders and finishing instructions.

Or if you like, you can purchase the hardcopy pattern and have it mailed to you!

Click here to go to my new pattern store where you can purchase the pattern booklet including all 21 pages beautifully illustrated, mailed directly to your home.

Share your finished projects!

Thank you for your free pattern I will be making 2 of these. One for my Best Friend Forever and for our 48th wedding anniversary! We both like the red accent. I think that I will do ours in blue. Will send you a picture when finished, all though it will take me awhile to finish, as I sew and build for my granddaughters American Dolls. I love working on different projects as it keeps me from getting bored by switching back and forth. Again thank you for your site, I came by it by accident and glad I did. Again thank you for all you do for us!

Gracias!!!
