Today we are featuring Susan Faye, an artist from Willamina, Oregon. Susan has been a professional artist for most of her adult life, and in addition to painting traditional watercolors and nature studies, she enjoys creating whimsical illustrations and designing giftware and jewelry. Please take a moment to check out her Etsy shop. There, she offers jewelry, matted prints, catnip toys, treasure tins and sachets, all with her whimsical artwork on them.
She also does custom portraits of people and their pets. Each original miniature watercolor painting is artist initialed on the front, signed, dated and titled on the back and make awesome gifts.
Susan also has the blog, 365 Cat Ladies and Friends, where she introduces Cat Ladies and Lads that she has had the pleasure of painting. The stories are very entertaining and there is much information there for pet owners to appreciate.
