It’s hard to capture happiness because it is not something you hold in your hand, although something you hold in your hand may make you happy. Happiness is a mindset, a chemical in your brain that tells you to smile, laugh, and feel light on your feet. This is the search for things in that world that bring on that amazing feeling!”
