March Features and Thank you’s

March was another great month for Suzy’s Artsy Craftsy Sitcom. Averaging 100,000 page views per month, with over 1500 followers on Google, RSS, Facebook and Twitter, the Sitcom is on a roll. For those of you that might want to take advantage of the momentum, I am offering a free month of ad space in my sponsor column with no strings attached. Creating art with toilet paper tubes seemed like a quirky little project back in January, but it has caught on. My Faux Metal Filigree frame was featured on Sassy Sites. And it is now being featured in my daughter and son-in-law’s apartment!  The great thing about toilet paper tube art is it is very light to hang on the wall.  Oh, and cheap!

My Faux Metal Wall art made appearances on Score!, Captive Creativity, Erratically Elizabeth, Momnivore’s Dilemma and I Love My Little Hardy Family.

Nydia from Evolution of Home made a unique version of this project, and I have to say that I love her decor! And Allisa from Just Another Day created a fabulous addition to go over her headboard using techniques from my tutorial.

Jean from Austin and Jean came up with this wonderful version!  And Tals from Creative Creations took the idea and created her own wall design.  I just love seeing projects that are inspired from mine! Great job , ladies!!

And speaking of inspired projects, Lindsey of Lindseys Whimseys took my Faux Stained Glass idea and came up with an idea to possibly use at her wedding.  The W is the first initial of her future last name.  She has a great eye for color and design and hopefully, this won’t be her only stained glass project.  It is wonderful!

Cynthia at The Creative Crossing used the stained glass idea to come up with a picture of a Dalek and the Umbrella Corp logo.  Not being very up-to-date on science fiction, I’m not totally knowledgable about the subject matter, but she did a wonderful job.  Especially in the color mix behind the Dalek.

My Faux wood inlay was featured by One Pretty Thing and Santas Gift Shoppe featured my Fifty State Quilt.

Craft Gossip featured my Mosaic Monogram.

My Ukrainian eggs were featured by Punkin Seed Productions, Sew Happy Geek, The Life of Me, One Pretty Thing, I’m Topsy Turvy, And LambAround had the fans vote and my eggs won Best in Show! I love the little lamb button that she created for me!

My Doodle Frame was featured by The Answer is Chocolate, One Pretty Thing, and Sew Happy Geek.

My final project for the month of March was my Faux Tiffany Lamp, which was featured by One Pretty Thing, Positively Splendid, and was featured as one of the top ten projects for March on Todays Top Twenty!

Thank you to all my readers for making this blog a success!  I really do appreciate your kind comments!  It totally makes my day!  And thank you to all the blogs who took the time to feature my projects.  Please stop by and show them some love.
