Then a did a little bug painting with my acrylic paints. This is the fun part.
And of course the leaf needed some color. I used different shades of green to create the look of veins.
Bugs!
I drew the Tic Tac Toe lines on lightly with a ruler and a white pencil and then filled in the lines with dark green paint. My final step was to coat all the plaster pieces with clear acrylic varnish.
And there you have it! An instant Bug Party Tic Tac Toe game! I’ve got the perfect coffee table to set this on.
And the silicone bug mold can be used over and over again. I have several more buggy projects in my head that you just might see in the future!
