This week, we are featuring Desi from Steak ‘n Potatoes Kinda Gurl.  Desi’s blog is food, food and more food, with a bit of family and fun thrown in.  She definitely knows how to make a person who’s been on a stupid diet for several month now, drool all over her keyboard…not that I’d know anything about that.

Desi has something going on nearly every day.  She creates unique recipes, reviews local restaurants, and shares her food and life related goals.  Desi says, “I enjoy cooking and my friends often say that I should have followed a career in the culinary arts. I wouldn’t mind opening my own restaurant one day, but until then, cooking is a fun hobby!”
