Welcome to another Commercial Break Thursday!  Today we are featuring Vlasta from KooKoo Craft.  Vlasta is an amazing artist from Ljubljana, Slovenia.  Vlasta specializes in creating dolls using the technique of crocheting in traditional japanese style called amigurumi, but with a modern twist.  The word “amigurumi” is a combination of two Japanese words meaning crocheted or knitted and stuffed doll.  Vlasta gives each of her dolls a different personality.  


Vlasta says, “I am a crochet, travel and dance addict who can never get enough of new yarn, interesting places or good music”.  Her etsy shop is filled with cute dolls, and earrings, and her blog not only shows you her latest creations, but takes you “traveling” with her through her amazing photography.
