Last Week on the Sitcom…

  1. I started the year off with a new photography challenge.  After getting a new fancy camera, I decided that maybe it might do me good to learn how to work it.  So, I have put together a list of 52 themes for the year and one by one, we will go through the individual themed challenges and make some pretty photos.  Hopefully, somewhere along the way, I’ll learn how to use that camera!  This week, our theme was Silhouettes…
  2. I perused through the posts from last year and put together a list of the top five tutorials from last year and the top five humor posts.  Be sure to check out the results!
  3. On Commercial Break Thursday, I featured Anna from Directions Not Included.  Anna’s blog centers around the refurbishing and remodeling of her “fixer upper” home, and is a great source for decorating ideas.  Be sure to check out her site.  And don’t forget to link up you latest tutorials, craft projects or just add a link from your blog.  It is a sure way to get your stuff out there!
  4. I showed you how to take scraps of fabric and use the old art of Iris Folding to create an unusual piece of wall art.  A simple project that is sure to impress.
  5. My buddy Tom Selleck, his mustache and I interview Manda from Who are you Calling Crafty? in our Creating Success Around the World Blog Hop.  Manda is an artist and crafter who specializes in painting, sculpture and childrens crafts.  Be sure to check out the latest happenings on her site!
