Round Nine
I began round one with a spin of the wheel to choose which of the 50 stitches would be used for round nine.Ā You can download the free Crochet Stitch list HERE. Chaos Crochet Stitches. I used the Free Spinning Wheel Random Number Generator that I found here to choose which stitch.

The spinning wheel chose number 48.Ā The stitch I will be using for this round is called the Larksfoot Stitch! This stitch looks best with 2 colors, so I closed my eyes and chose the colors from my bowl of yarn colors…It is now decided!Ā Round nine will be in Teal and Ivory, the stitch will be the Larksfoot Stitch and I rolled dice for the number of rows and it will be 8 rows!Ā Let’s get started!
Adjustment Row
Before we begin round eight, we need to make an adjustment row from the previous round.Ā I used the Teal yarn to create a row of single crochets.Ā Also be sure to count your stitches during this row to be sure that you still have your original amount of stitches.
Larksfoot Stitch
Well, I just found my new favorite stitch!Ā The Larksfoot stitch works up quickly and has a great look.Ā At least for me, it does work up a bit looser, so going down to a G hook was the plan.Ā We are trying to keep the edges as even as we can and sometimes it helps to raise or lower the size of your hook depending upon the stitch. In this instance, I went down a hook size at a size (G) in order to keep my blanket edges as even as possible.Ā Keep in mind that everyone’s tension is different, so play with it and see what works best for you!
