I found a great idea for that person who has everything! Namely, my husband. Our anniversary is this week and I was stumped as to what to get him. After 22 years, I pretty much ran out of surprises. Then I came across a company called Piczzle Photo Puzzles. Give them a photo, and they will turn it into a picture puzzle! I had to check it out.
I went to their website, determined what size puzzle I wanted. The cool thing about Piczzle photo puzzles is that they are fully customized! You can get them in as little as six pieces and as many as 2,000 pieces, and you can choose between standard or wooden. They have rectangular, heart shaped and round puzzles too, and the prices start at just $14.95.
I sent off one of my favorite photos of the hubby and the two dogs in Carrabelle Beach, FL. And then about a week later, my little picture puzzle arrived!
Sweet! I love the big color photo on the front of the box and all the pieces were neatly packaged inside.
I had a plan to make this little puzzle even more special. So my first task was to build the puzzle. Fun!
The puzzle pieces are nice quality and fit together well. Which is important for my next step. I flipped it over!
On the back, I took some colored sharpies to it and wrote 10 Reasons You are my Favorite Husband! Some of my reasons are “inside jokes”, but you get the gist.
Now he just has to put the puzzle together himself in order to read my note! He was thrilled with his new gift, and loved that it was unique and personalized.
This is just one idea. What about a Christmas Card photo puzzle? Or maybe a birthday photo puzzle with a hidden message on the back as to where their big present is? Check out Piczzle Photo Puzzles on YouTube for more fun ideas!
